All payments made toward the ReplenisHER Retreat are non-refundable. Once your registration and payment are submitted, they secure your spot and will not be returned under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, changes in personal circumstances, or travel issues. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another individual by providing written notice no later than 30 days before the retreat. Any transfer must be approved in writing by the event organizers. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.”

Travel Insurance Disclosure *
All payments toward the ReplenisHER Retreat are non-refundable. If all payments are not received by the final payment date of April 5, 2026, or if you cancel your reservation for any reason, all monies paid will be forfeited. The only way to protect your trip and your financial investment is to purchase Travelers Insurance through our official insurance vendor: Allianz. We strongly recommend purchasing coverage immediately after booking to ensure maximum protection. Travel insurance can provide reimbursement for covered cancellations, delays, emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy and understand that without travel insurance, you assume full responsibility for any financial loss.
